What to Expect from a 15-Minute Free Initial Consultation

1. Before the consultation

Choose an available time through our online booking page and provide accurate preliminary information about your circumstances.

Before the appointment, we will review the information submitted with your booking. A reminder email will provide the consultation telephone number. At the scheduled time, please call using the telephone number entered when making your booking.

To make the best use of the 15 minutes, please identify your most important question in advance. If your matter involves a visa expiry date, previous refusal or cancellation, or another time-sensitive issue, include this information when booking.

2. What we may discuss

During the consultation, we may:

• clarify the general nature of your migration matter;
• identify your immediate question or concern;
• ask about relevant personal or immigration history;
• explain whether further information or document review may be needed;
• discuss whether Life Australis may be able to assist; and
• outline a practical next step.

3. What is not included

The free consultation does not include:

• a comprehensive eligibility assessment;
• detailed review of documents or supporting evidence;
• preparation or checking of an application;
• detailed written migration advice;
• confirmation that a visa application will be successful; or
• responsibility for a visa expiry date or other deadline.

4. What happens afterwards?

After the consultation, we will send you a brief follow-up email summarising the next step discussed.

If further assistance appears appropriate, the email may also include the proposed service scope and an estimate of professional fees. You can review the information and decide whether you would like to proceed. There is no obligation to engage Life Australis for further services.

5. Is this consultation suitable for urgent matters?

A booking does not mean that Life Australis has accepted responsibility for your matter or any deadline.

If your visa is about to expire, you have received a refusal or cancellation notice, or another deadline is approaching, do not rely only on the next available appointment. You may need to obtain urgent professional assistance.
